Jason, Have you looked into the TrafficEstimatorService<https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201402/TrafficEstimatorService.TrafficEstimatorSelector>? You can send an estimate request<https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201402/TrafficEstimatorService.CampaignEstimateRequest> for different criteria, such as keyword. It will return you a StatsEstimate<https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201402/TrafficEstimatorService.StatsEstimate>object for the min and max estimations.
