Hi, You will be charged for any campaigns/adgroups/ads/etc. on a non-test account. However, you cannot link test and non-test accounts per the *Important* note at the top of the Test Accounts Guide<https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/test-accounts> .
In order to test the API, you should create child AdWords accounts under your *test* MCC and use the child account ID in any test API requests.
