Hello, I want to update a headline dynamically based on the visiting person's location (things like weather are of interest to me in my case), but I don't want to use keywords. I'm currently testing this with text ads, but I hope to expand this for use with different types of ads.
My campaign type is Display Network Only, and I want to utilize interests as a targeting method. So far, I've only been able to dynamically change ad text through keywords. Is it not possible to change ad text through external factors. For example, let's say someone from any country (doesn't matter which) sees my ad on some website page, and based on where the ad is being viewed from, the ad would display something specific to that country. Imagine if I wanted to do this for every country in the world; it would be impractical to make ads for every country. Is there no way to do this without keywords?
