Hi, Using *Impressions > 0* as you described should work, assuming you are using a CAMPAIGN_PERFORMANCE_REPORT<https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports#campaign> since on that report the *Status* column refers to the campaign's status. Are you sure that the paused campaigns had impressions for the date range you specified in your *DURING* clause?
