I am trying to signup for the API, I've accepted the terms (I think) and after I've entered the billing details on the real account and click save I get the error:
*We apologise for the inconvenience, but we are unable to process your request at this time. Our engineers have been notified of this problem and will work to resolve it. Please note that using your browser’s back button in AdWords can increase the likelihood of errors. If you think this was the cause of your error, please try again without using the back button.* So I'm not sure if it's saved, Because when I try and call the API via a test account I get the error: *An error has occurred: [QuotaCheckError.INCOMPLETE_SIGNUP @ ; trigger:'<null>']* So I THINK it's because the billing on the main account for some reason can't save... I've tried 3 times.
