Hi, The only request I found using your prod developer token had your *prod*MCC in the *clientCustomerId* SOAP header. Could you double check and make sure you pass your test MCC or one of its child accounts in that header?
Note: I see that you somehow managed to request a developer token under your *test* MCC. Please ignore that token and use the one from your prod MCC instead.
