Hi, At this time you cannot use AdGroupCriterionOperation<https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201402/MutateJobService.AdGroupCriterionOperation>s for ad groups of shopping campaigns in a MutateJobService call. We're aware of this issue and are working on it. I'll post here when I have an update.
