Hi everyone, I get the following error from time to time: PHP Fatal error: SOAP-ERROR: Parsing WSDL: Couldn't load from 'https://adwords.google.com/api/adwords/cm/v201309/MutateJobService?wsdl' : failed to load external entity "https://adwords.google.com/api/adwords/cm/v201309/MutateJobService?wsdl";
It's not happening all the time and it happens not only with MutateJobService. Does anyone have a clue?
