Hi, There isn't a single service or report that will give you the entire contents of your accounts, so you will need to use structure reports or individual services to get this information.
You may also want to take a look at our AwReporting <https://github.com/googleads/aw-reporting> project on github, which runs AdWords reports and inserts the results into a database.
