I can do the following things:
1. Create New AdGroup -> Create Product Partition -> Add Negative Keywords
2. Delete Products on Product Partition , Delete Negative keywords using
AdGroup ID ,

i CAN:T do the following :
1. Create Product Paritition on Empty Adgroup ( Adgroup Empty Process done
API )
As you said, operations[1].operand.criterion.parentCriterionId;
trigger:'TempCriterionId{id=1}' with .PRODUCT_PARTITION_DOES_NOT_EXIST
Can you say " which are possible errors cause TempCriterionId{id=1} " ?
