One of our clients have reported that while clicking on an ad the redirects were landing them to a blank page , I have checked and all our servers were UP and no issues on customers page as well . Could you -please investigate and check if there was any outage , client claims that redirects were down for at least 15 mins and during this period they might have lost few conversions .
