I have used TargetingIdeaService of v201309 for following keywords: "Secretária","País","Müller","qnugtw","ümbrella" and got results for all of the given keywords.
But when I use the TargetingIdeaService of v201402 for the same keywords, I get reply for only: "Müller", "ümbrella" alone while the result is not obtained for "Secretária","País","qnugtw".
