Hello again, thanks to you and your team, this is fixed. However i'm still unable to get rid of the INCOMPLETE_SIGNUP error. As the Common Errors Guide says there is only one option left: I have been able to sign the T&C but did not fill the billing informations, do I have to fill it even if the T&C are sign? Or should I use another test account and recreate a project in the Developer Console (with product account) and get a new refresh token?
