The "ad name" in the second screen shot corresponds to the TextAd.headline <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201406/AdGroupAdService.TextAd#headline> of the associated ad (this is also available via a separate attribute in the invite-only Express API). To get access to the AdWords Express API, please contact your Google Representative.
