Hi,

I see that you are using v201309 of the AdWords API, which is past its 
sunset date <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/sunset-dates> and 
is therefore no longer supported. Please submit your request using v201402 
or v201406 of the API and report back if you still encounter this error.
