Suma, The developer token doesn't affect the OAuth 2.0 authentication. However, have you had a chance to review the authentication guide in detail <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/authentication> as well as the PHP client library OAuth 2.0 guide <https://github.com/googleads/googleads-php-lib/wiki/Using-OAuth-2.0>?
