Hello! A while back there was a form posted at https://services.google.com/fb/forms/upgradeurls/ to signup to be white listed so we could use "upgraded" URLs in production as they are currently only supported in the test environment as per the notice at: https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/upgraded-urls
I've filled out the form twice, but have yet to receive any reply (or even an acknowledgement of receipt)... Any ETA on when we receive replies? Or does ( no reply === NO )?
