Hello, You can target specific apps and app categories using the MobileApplication <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201409/AdGroupCriterionService.MobileApplication> and MobileAppCategory <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201409/AdGroupCriterionService.MobileAppCategory> criteria, respectively.
For targeting mobile applications, please make sure to pay close attention to the rules for formatting the app id <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201409/AdGroupCriterionService.MobileApplication#appId>. For targeting mobile app categories, here is a list of all category IDs <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/mobileappcategories> you can use in conjunction with the criterion.
