Hi, I cannot figure out from the documentation what the intended use of isRestrict is for this report, PLACEMENT_PERFORMANCE_REPORT.
The docs say: Use the isRestrict column to distinguish between placements you target vs. > placements only used for bidding. > And: Defines if criterion is used for targeting (true) or bidding only (false). Does this refer to positive vs negative criteria, or to automatic vs managed placements, or maybe to positive criterion with a specified bid vs positive criterion without a specified bid?
