Ideally yes. I know it's the API recommendation to try and get as much data as possible via reports instead of the service classes. Currently, we can get all the adgroup's meta data via reports except for the platform's bid modifier. Hence, having such data somehow in the reports will allow us to continue avoiding using the service API.
