Hi Brandon, The API does not explicitly provide this information, but you could take the BudgetOrder.spendingLimit <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201409/BudgetOrderService.BudgetOrder#spendingLimit> for all of the *BudgetOrders* that cover a date range, and then subtract from that the *Cost* returned in the ACCOUNT_PERFORMANCE_REPORT <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports#account>.
