Hello, Most of the information you're requesting can be found on the MobileApplication <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201409/CampaignCriterionService.MobileApplication> criterion documentation. You can't search for apps within the API; you have to know the ID from elsewhere. Please read the appId <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201409/CampaignCriterionService.MobileApplication#appId> field's description for more information.
