Hi, That error is occurring because in v201409, you must supply the clientCustomerId <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/soap#clientCustomerId> on all services except CustomerService <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201409/CustomerService>. Please see the first item in the v201409 Migration Guide <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/migration/v201409>.
