For adwords campaigns, I keep getting recommendations from Google such as " 
Raise bid for *free social media courses* from $2.00 to *$2.25   *Ad group: 
socialmedia training#1    *1600* impressions may have been lost.  You can 
get *5* more clicks for an additional cost of *$9.00*, based on an 
estimated click-through rate of *0.25%*." What are the available APIs to 
compute the impressions that may have been lost due to lower bid price  and 
the estimated click-through rate?  Can this be done in near real-time to 
automatically adjust the bid price given certain measurable parameters such 
as no. of times bids lost due to lower price etc. ?  Thanks
