Hello, I am not familiar with WAMP, so I don't know what directory you should use to set up your project.
In addition to your user agent and developer token, in your init.php file, you need to specify your client id, client secret, and client customer id. You also need to make sure that you have an AdWords client account which is linked to your MCC account.
