Hi, Negative keywords can be defined at both the Campaign and AdGroup level. If you want to retrieve all negative keywords, make sure you are using both CampaignCriterionService.get <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201409/CampaignCriterionService#get> and AdGroupCriterionService.get <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201409/AdGroupCriterionService#get> .
If that does not resolve the issue, please provide more information, such as the campaign IDs, ad group IDs, and negative keywords that you are unable to retrieve.
