У нас возникла такая проблема

ключевое здесь вот это: Manager 8405087286 is not whitelisted under
RESELLER or AGENCY'
эта беда вылазит при попытке вызова api функции BudgetOrderService.
Тут на форуме написано что поддержка должна добавить в белый список. Но из
многочисленных просьб, один раз ответили что должен быть аккаунт с
кредитной линией. Отсальные ответы просто мы не поддерживаем апи, пишите на
форум.
Кто знает как решить данную проблему с функцией BudgetOrderService?
