Hello, You can find a complete lists of all columns available in reports on our Report Types page <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports#search-query> .
I don't see any way to pull this equivalent information from reports via the API. You would have to look up how the keyword relates to its ad group via other API queries.
