Hello, The closest to that within the AdWords API is the TrafficEstimatorService <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/traffic-estimator-service>. However, it doesn't do exactly what you ask, and I don't know of any Google API does. I do not believe that information is made publicly accessible.
