Hi,

Sorry for the delay. I've opened an issue with the billing team to 
investigate why that order is still stuck in the PENDING state. I'll post 
back here as soon as I have an update from them.

Note that I found that the order line you mentioned was actually under a 
different customer ID: 748-403-7279.
