I have a question regarding the Adwords API. I have been granted access for basic access. It states in order to use Adwords API, i must enter billing information.
What is not clear to me, is it billing under my MCC acount or billing inside an adwords account i want to use the API for? I do not have the option under MMC, i only see Billing Summary and no Billing Preferences As far as i know, the Adwords API is always associated with a Merchant centre account. Is the billing tied to the MCC or it must be tied to an account i manage?
