Hi Jon, Others may have additional suggestions, but if you are new to APIs, you might consider using AdWords Scripts <https://developers.google.com/adwords/scripts/> instead of the AdWords API. AdWords Scripts would, for example, allow you to easily link a spreadsheet that you use to record call center traffic to a Script that modifies your bids accordingly. This would be similar to the Bid by weather solution <https://developers.google.com/adwords/scripts/docs/solutions/bid-by-weather> .
