Hi Nilendra, The easiest way would be for you to generate an OAuth2 refresh token for your top level MCC account using OAuthGenerator application, and add that your application's App.config. See https://github.com/googleads/googleads-dotnet-lib/wiki/Using-OAuth2#adding-oauth2-support-to-your-desktop-application for details.
