Hi, You can issue an AdwordsUserListService.get <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201502/AdwordsUserListService#get> request and check the size <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201502/AdwordsUserListService.UserList#size> and sizeRange <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201502/AdwordsUserListService.UserList#sizeRange> attributes of the returned UserList <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201502/AdwordsUserListService.UserList>.
