Few More Queries: 1. Budget ID : (Required Field) Can we get All the budgets list ( Like getcampaignns ) - so that user can select the budget or create the budget initially before create Shopping campaign ? 2. merchant ID : 'AdWords API doesn't allow to search for IDs. You need to know the value from a different source.' - As you said So we need to hard code it manually?
