Hi, The issue with garbled text in the *Parameter* field was *just* fixed last night (see this related post <https://groups.google.com/d/msg/adwords-api/k8_HrWObFE0/I2r7_gpM_tIJ>). I just ran the report for your ad group below and I no longer see unprintable characters.
Could you please try your reports again and let me know if you still see issues? If so, please provide your report requests (with any sensitive information removed) and some sample ad group IDs I can use to check on my side.
