Hello Justin, Due to a temporary issue, automated reports downloads in AdWords incorrectly reported certain stats between Thursday, 21 May 2015 12:52 PM and Saturday, 23 May 2015 12:22 AM Pacific Daylight Time. The issue has now been fixed, and you will see correct stats if you download those reports now.
The earliest you should have seen issues is the 21st of May.
