Hello, The BudgetOrder <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201502/BudgetOrderService.BudgetOrder> object is filterable on startDateTime and endDateTime. You should be able to use these to fetch the Budget Orders for the timeframe you're interested in, so that you can look up the related budget information.
