Hello Ashley, I took a look at the errors on our servers. I'm not seeing anything unusual that could cause gateway issues. If your SOAP response does not have a *requestId*, then the request may not have even made it to our servers. I would recommend checking with your network administrator to see if you can trace the route of the request.
