What fields are you selecting for the keywords performance report? One of the common mistakes I've made in the past is forgetting to select a statistical field (such as counts, impressions, averageCpc, etc)... If you indeed have selected a stat-based field and you're still not seeing any results, then I'm not sure. Hopefully someone form the adwords team will have a more thorough answer.
