Hi,
I think a good fit for your use case is the {ignore} ValueTrack parameter
<https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/upgraded-urls#new_valuetrack_parameters>.
Per that link, this parameter tells AdWords that anything after that
parameter does not alter the content of the final landing page.
