Here is the full list of account details you can retrieve from ManagedCustomerService in one request: https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/selectorfields#v201502-ManagedCustomerService The API doesn't allow to retrieve account creation date. -Danial, AdWords API Team.
