the code uses the bidding strategy configuration of CONVERSION_OPTIMIZER. Yet in the UI, I use TARGET_CPA or MAX_CPA which seems to be a sub category of conversion optimizer. What is the difference between CONVERSION_OPTIMIZER and TARGET_CPA in code for a bidding strategy?
