Hello, The CriterionID 123353796049 is of type *Custom Affinity* *Audience*. The *Custom Affinity* criteria is not supported by the API and you won't be able to retrieve it via the AdGroupCriterionService. It will only show up in the AD_PERFORMANCE_REPORT.
