Hello, Using the Java client library <https://github.com/googleads/googleads-java-lib> over .Net client library <https://github.com/googleads/googleads-dotnet-lib> has no benefits and all programming languages (Java, .Net, PHP, Python, Perl and Ruby) client libraries are equally supported by the AdWords API. You can choose available programming language client library <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/clientlibraries> based on your development environment.
