Hello Siddharth, The adExtension is required field for the CampaignAdExtension <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201502/MutateJobService.CampaignAdExtension> object and above error is due to this reason. Please refer the CampaignAdExtension document <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201502/MutateJobService.CampaignAdExtension#adExtension> for setting value for the adExtension field.
