HI Ronak, You could create an Address <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201506/GeoLocationService.Address> object and fill in *null *for the values you don't know such as *streetAddress. *Once you set that up, you can use the *GeoLocationService *to grab the coordinates <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/location-targeting#lookup-coordinates> (GeoPoint). Once you have the GeoPoints, you can use them to create a proximity target <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/location-targeting#proximity-targeting> .
