Hello, ManagedCustomerService and CustomerService <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/managing-accounts> can be used to obtain information on your accounts under the MCC account.
Your *clientCustomerId *should be the ID of one of your AdWords (client) accounts. Try putting in the CID of the AdWords account you created the campaign for. This should result in returning the campaign for that account. Please let me know if you have any other questions.
