Hello, The operation for each placement will count as one operation (regardless of whether it is the same ad group or not).
Unfortunately, the only way to exceed 10,000 operations is to have a Standard Access account. If you would like to apply for Standard Access, you could fill out the Standard Access Application <https://www.google.com/appserve/fb/forms/standardaccess/>.
