Hi MIlo, The USER_PERMISSION_DENIED <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/common-errors#AuthorizationError.USER_PERMISSION_DENIED> error occurs when there is no link between the MCC and client account. Try to use the ManagedCustomerService <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201506/ManagedCustomerService> and see if it is returning the accounts you created.
